Featuring multiple fiber optic providers and 8 watts of power per square foot of tenant space, we’re a Class-T building for Class-T tenants.

10 10th offers on-site 24/7 security, including 35 cameras, as well as security officers patrolling the grounds. building and garage. Elevators feature all-hours card access.
With 6 passenger elevators, each with a 4000lb capacity, you’ll get where you need to go without delay.

At the center of 10 10th heating and cooling apparatus is our DDC Management System: a water cooled, self-contained HVAC system with oversized rooftop cooling towers, allowing up to 25 tons extra HVAC load per floor for use by tenants for supplemental HVAC needs. 33 thermostats / zones per floor deliver highly adjustable heating and cooling.
10 10th’s main electrical power is provided via 2 underground vault mounted utility transformers. Two 4000-amp, 277/480 volt, 3 phase, 4 wire switchboards are located in the main electrical room. Low rise and high rise bus ducts provide vertical distribution, sized to deliver an average of 7-watts per square foot for each tenant space. Each main switch board is provided with 1,600 amp lugs, allowing tenants to accommodate up to 8 watts per square foot for connected load.
10 10th features stunning 12’ 7” vision glass heights with high performance glazing.
10 10th takes life safety seriously, offering a wet sprinkler system throughout the building interior and a freeze-resistant a dry pip system on the loading dock. Our built-in backup 600KW emergency generator with a 500-gallon belly tank and ample reserve will keep you connected.
With many providers and lots of bandwidth, 10 10th is built for connectivity and collaboration. Multiple fiber-optic providers offer long and short haul bandwidth at the right of way. 10 10th is also one of the first multi-tenant office buildings in Atlanta to offer Google Fiber to all tenants.
